Description
Romy Opperman is in in her fourth year of the doctoral program in philosophy at Pennsylvania State University and is currently writing her dissertation “The Wretched and the Earth: Ecological Violence and the After-life of Slavery”. She is planning to spend the Spring and Summer of 2018 in Paris, working with Dr. Nadia Yala Kisukidi at Paris VIII. Her M.Phil was at the University of Cambridge in Criticism and Culture, and BA in Philosophy and Literature at the University of Warwick.
